the RNeasy Kit from Qiagen is supposed to yield enough RNA from about 100 cellsGood luck

hi,i must identify mRNA from small frozen Tissue Samples isolated by Laser Microsdissection.I need a protocol of isolation RNA (-->RT-PCR) from frozen Tissue Samples. The samples contain only 10- 100cells!!!!!

Maybe you could see "RT-PCR WITHOUT RNA ISOLATION", Klebe et al, BioTechniques 21: 1094-1100(Dec 1996). They report successful RT-PCR from less than 250 cells.
