Hello!Could anyone help me with a following problem: I need to know selection conditions for pSB161 (it's a plasmid that encodes rare Arg tRNA and helps to improve recombinant protein expression yelds in E. coli). Bacteria transformed with it do not grow either on kanamycin or ampicillin. If anyone worked with it, or know where I could get its map, please answer.Pavel Grudinkin

hi...i have another serise..pSB ##..i select the clone..by tetracyclin Hcl..maybe it can do it!!<p>good luck!!
