I need to do multi knockout in my E.coli by P1 phage transduction. Requesting this phage from ATCC is really time consuming for me cause i am not in the usa.
Does anyone have it and would like offer it to me? The single knockout strains from the NBRP is coming soon, if i dont have the P1phage then what am i gonna do?
