At the moment I have a reserach project about vitamin D receptor polymorphisms and bone mineral density in postmenopausal women and I am studying a polymorphism that lies in an intron (the BsmI).Can anyone give me some information from where I could get the complete sequence of the gene, since when I searched BLAST I only found the sequence without the introns (i.e. that of mRNA).Thanks.
