Dear All,
I am in trouble. There is only 5 tests left and my annexin V FITC kit seems to be expired!
I obtain very low signal of Annexin V FITC and quite good signal of PI. Is there any trick so I can gain some results from the remaining samples?? Should I change the binding buffer or use it more concentrated?
in trouble please help:(:(

I think you answered your question. There is a reason for the designated expiration date. Don't take the chance and waste time - buy another vial.
