Hi,

Has anyone tried a cell based ELISA for screening transfected cell lines? I have used flow, but found the background to be too high.

Basically, I would plate cells on a 96 well plate, incubate o/n, then add primary Ab (which is either a monoclonal, or plasma with high antibody titers against the protein), add secondary Ab conjugated to HRP?
Would this work?
