I wonder is there anyone has experience on epithelial cell isolation (enterocytes)?
I am currently doing some isolation works from fish, but the viability and purity are quite varied every time.
Please leave a message if you have experience on this (any animals).

Thanks!

Hi

What kind of isolation strategy are you using at the moment? What are the yield and purities you are able to achieve?
Dynabeads are widely used for epithelial cell isolation from several species. Providing there exists a good antibody against your fish enterocytes, then this could perhaps be a strategy to consider? I would be happy to send you a suggested protocol if you are interested.

Kind Regards

Kristina
