Hello,

Does anyone have a rough estimate protein yield for SY5Y? I've been lysing it from 10cm dishes at around 5x10^6 cells /dish in 1ml of RIPA, and got only 250ug by BCA.

Is my lysis method inefficient or do I simply need to lyse in less buffer?
