I'm having some problem regarding MUNANA neuraminidase assay. I managed to establish MUNANA neuraminidase activity assay and the best enzyme to be inhibited is 0.08U/ml concentration neurmaminidase (from clostridium perfringens). Then, I further proceed with MUNANA neuraminidase inhibition assay, using oseltamivir carboxylate as the inhibitor (10-fold dilution of oseltamivir from 1M). The problem I am facing is that the IC50 of the inhibitor is in the range of M and not mM or nM. Any advices?

Thank you.
