Hi, I am planning to do Immunocytochemistry to cells. Is it possible to stop before ‎adding the antibody and keep the cells after fixation with 4% PFA?‎

Yes, I keep them in 1x PBS at 4°C until ready for staining.

Don't keep them for too long though, a week or two maximum.
