Dear all,
I did chip for polycombs in mouse cells using 1% formal. Upon differentiation polycomb went away from the gene of interest but not when using 2% formald (it is there before and after differentiation).

Why when using 2% formal results are different? What could be the problem?
I did h3k27me3 with 1% formal, and there is a slight decrasee upon differenetiation.

Can you really compare 2 different antibodeis (h3k27me3 and Polycomb) using 1% (h3k27me3) and 2% formal conditions (polycomb).

thanks
