sodium phosphate buffer recipe

Hi
please, i want to know a recipe to prepare sodium phosphate isotonic buffer at PH=7.4
which consists only from dibasic sodium phosphate and monobasic sodium phosphate, to use it in diluting whole blood sample
i'll appreciate ur reply so much
