Hi everybody,
I like to know if somebody uses destaining bags or other useful things like absorber columns to get the "bad" Ethidium Bromide out of liquids.
How do you treat your liquid waste? We produce quite a lot of waste and we like to use a simple, quick and cheap methode to get rid of that stuff. Any help appreciated!
Thanks Maren

Activated carbon works quite well. For exact proportions check Maniatis et al.
