hi all <_<

can we use human anti C3 (complement protein) antibody against mouse C3? i have read that human C3 and mouse C3 have 77% homology.

Is your antibody monoclonal or polyclonal? If it is monoclonal it will only cross-react if the region to which the human antibody was raised is identical in the mouse protein.  If it's a commercial antibody then the product details will tell you with which species it cross-reacts,
