Hi all,

I have deleted 100bp from a gene and want to check my clones to see which is right. I was wondering what the best AGE conditions are for differentiating between an approx 1.2kb PCR product band vs a 1.1kb band (ie what % gel would you use etc)......

Thanks.

This should be very obvious on a 1.2% agarose gel.
