Hi, I just start my immunofluorence work for cell. I need to do double staining for my co-transfected cells, one is HA-tagged, the other is myc-tagged. I try the rabbit anti-HA from covance, but the result is not good. any suggestion for other company's polyclonal anti-HA antibody and what is the concentration for staining work. Thanks!
