HI,

Can anyone please help me understand univariate, covariate and multivaroate analysis. My gene of interest significanly affected my edmondson grading, overall survival and disease free survival. How can cox regression assist me in further analysis. Infact, how is it used in SPSS and when should it be used for analysis?
