Hi,

I need to know ways in which I can dirupt mosquito peritrophic matrix, may be using chitinases (source for chitinase, conc??) or may be by using a detergent. Please send me any links to any papers that you may have describing above techniques. Its ok if its not done in mosquitoes, you can send me papers or ideas that have worked before for lepidopterans or anything else that you can think of.
