Hi All,
i would like to order primers for my real time PCR,but before that some  questions.
1) do we have to purify the primers for real time by HPLC or PAGE or anything expensive or use just the desalted ones.

2) do we need to have two sets of primers for the same gene/mRNA or just 1 same set of primers can be used for reverse transcription of mRNA to cDNA and then the cDNA for real time quantification.
