Hello, it seems like you know a thing or two about cell culture.
I have a question about a plaque assay I am trying to do. I know the virus (MCMV) I am using works; however, the cells (3T3, grown in DMEM+10%FCS+PSG+NaHCO3) keep coming off the plate (I believe when I remove the agar). Do you have any suggestions?
