I just wanted to express my Sincere Gratitude to you for pushing me to run my primers on real-time. Here, there is a professional in this technique and she said that everything is OK - primers are specific and no dimers. I lost 3 months to optimize the primers on gels - these were the instructions I got. Now I can complete somehow my PhD thesis. Thank you!
