hi there!
im new to this forum and read some really good advices you gave on Th17 differentiation. Is it possible to stimulate Jurkat cells to produce IL-17? I tried do differentiate with TGF and IL-6 (1-5d)before activation with PMA and Ionomycin (24h)but qRT-PCR showed no amplification! Im helpless... :/
