Dear all,
Could anyone give me some advice about how to design good primers for the target sequence. I plan to carry bisulfite sequencing and need good primers. I design many pairs of primers but I could not get any good result. it seems as a difficult task.I'm worried about my job,I wish somebody could help me solving my problem,thanks. here my sequence,anybody can help me designing any primers?yellow words is the part of amplifing.

you can use methyla primer express, can just paste your target sequence and get the primers for BSP or MSP
