Can anyone suggest a program that I can use to cross-reference gene IDs, or GO terms I have culled from my microarray project to create simple charts? I'm thinking of the charts that show which cell processes are represented in the top 1000 genes from an array.

You can use Excel to create a pie chart which should convey the idea very well.
