I would like to write to some people for the post doc postion but many of them I have not met with them. So I will contact with them through email. What should I write them....
Should I inclulde my one page CV, cover letter...
I shall be very thankful to you for your kind reply.
with best regards
In this case, your cover letter *is* your email. Write up a nice email describing who you are, why you would like to work for him/her and, importantly, why you are a good match for the lab. Include your CV below in text form (as some people do not like to open attachments from strangers), but also attach it to the email as well in a universal format (ie. don't use *.docx). Also, CV's are not resumes and do not need to be restricted to one page and, in fact, become quite lengthy for an experienced scientist.
