Anyone has optmised protocols for the meausurement of IL6, IL10 and TNF in human plasma.
At the moment I am using BD OptEIA abs but using an amplification system for the substrate to try to increase sensitivity. However still difficult to measuring in the lower range of detection, so any comments or experience welcome!!
