Has anybody found an ELISA kit for ck-mb or LDH for use with mice? I seem to be having difficulty finding anything. If you have another direction for detection of MI, that would also be appreciated.

There are kits for measuring human ckmb and other MI markers such as TnI, TnT (troponins), and myoglobin.
I think you can also examin aschemia modified albumin as another marker. All these markers are currently on hospital analyzers made by many companies. There are corresponding elisa kits made by smaller companies.

I don't know of kits for measurement of mouse MI markers. However, the manufacturers of the abs used for these tests may have information.
