I am new to elisa. I am trying to set up a cell based elisa assay to determine protein protein interaction on the cell surface. May I know what controls are needed and what do i normalize my assay reading with. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

there are a number of really good resources on the net. if you google 'elisa tutorial' you should be able to find good information and examples that you can tailor to your needs.
