Is it possible to re-install the paper request guidelines? There was a good pinned post by phage454 I think in the paper request section and a nice decent red mnemonic before the crash!
I am very happy to supply papers if I can, but only if the informations allow me to quickly check if I have access!

Useful informations are:

Title, Author, Journal, Vol., Page of the requested paper
PubMed ID-number (if possible with link)
Journal link to the paper
DOI number (with link)
For old papers (if available) the JSTOR link

As many of us have different journal or institutional accounts, giving all the informations accelerates the processing of the request
