I gonna express some proteins with adenovirus system. There are several commercial systems available, such as AdEasy(Stratagene), Adeno-X(BD Clontech). But I don't know which one is better refering to my request is just the time-consuming and the quantity of proteins expressed. Does anyone have some idea about this? Thanks.
