Hi

I would like to know if “non reducing SDS protein ladder” is available???

Pradeep Iyer
Hey rick there are two options

1) make it yourself - which might not be feasable for all applications specialy when repeatability is needed and you make different stocks
2) a better option is that Bio-Rad provides concentrated marker solutions (low and high range) which has to be diluted with reduced sample buffer before loading. So instead of reduced you can add the non-reducing buffer and use this as the nr ladder.

Hope this helps
Best luck!!!

you won't be able to trust the results if you don't run them as prescribed.
