Hi,

I am a student just started western blotting.
Is there anyone known about the successful blotting conditions for large protein (mTOR).
Help me, it’s urgent!!!

use 0.05% sds and 10-20% methanol in the buffer.

if you have no concern about smaller proteins then you can transfer for a longer period.

but, you will probably never achieve 100% transfer.
