Full Version: DMEM vs RPMI for primary mouse lymphocytes
either should be fine, you will need to add lots of serum and probably some growth factors.

My recipe for mature B cell media:
RPMI + 50um B-mercaptoethanol, 10% FCS, 10mM HEPES pH 7.4, 0.1mM non-essential amino acids, 2mM L-Glutamine, 1% sodium pyruvate
