I'm having some problems finding out a protocol to digest skin (Stratum corneum, epidermis, dermis) with enzymes!

I've determined that papain (to digest dermis - colagen) and trypsin (to digest epidermis) era the correct enzymes to the procedure, but there is nothing in the literature..I' ve looked everywhere.

Help me.
