reconstitution of lyophilized enzyme (soybean 15-lipoxygenase-1, Sigma L7395), how to?
ive tried using sodium borate buffer (.2M pH 9) but it doesnt fully dissolve in it. any suggestions?

Does Sigma have any suggestions? Try the technical specialists in your area.

the information sheet says that it is soluble to 0.1mg/ml. are you trying to make it too concentrated?

it may take a little time to fully solubilize.

Solubility is usually a matter of pH, salt and something else (glycerol, BME, EDTA etc.).
Got to play around with these factors and identify the sweet spot (or look it up in a publication that goes into a description of the buffer).
