#173309 Antibody concentration

Posted by hidayahwannur on 10 February 2015 - 10:11 PM in Flow Cytometry

100 ul of suspension that has 10_6 cells per 1000 ul contains 10_5 cells

1ug of antibody per 1000 ul so that means 0.1 ug for the 100 ul cells you have

your stock is 200 ug antibody per 1000 ul, and you just saw that you need 0.1 ug for the experiment...can you figure out the rest ?
