BioForum _ Immunology _ EDTA/Heparin as antocoagulant for plasam ELISA

Comparing EDTA and Heparin as anticoagulant for plasam, which one works better in ELISA?

Why EDTA is not the preferred anticoagulant for plasma ELISA test? Or actually anticoagulant in plasam doesn't affect ELISA assay at all?
