BioForum _ Immunology _ formalin-fixed paraffin-embeddedtissue as antigen?

I was wondering if the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue ofcancer tissue can be used as a source of antigen to stimulate immune cells in vitro?Thanks for your help.
