trying to get a nice curve to pick a subtoxic dose of atorvastatin; I did the cytotoxicity assay on 3D AC16 cardiac cells

I am trying to get a nice curve to pick a subtoxic dose of atorvastatin; I did the cytotoxicity assay on 3D AC16 cardiac cells from concentration 30 uM to 0.001 uM. However, I did it so many times, and it is the same, and at 3uM gave 100 % cell viability, and then it went down. Why is that happing?. Logically because it is a serial dilution and the concentration of atorvastatin decrease, the viability increase, but what happing is different. Any explanation?
