       Name (not necessary):  
       Nucleotide sequence without name:
    (case insensitive, disregarded all letters except: agctuswrymkhbdvn)
    gap simbols are    : "nn nn", "nn·nn", "nn.nn"
    lowercase
    uppercase
    as in original seq.

    preserve gaps?

       Output: nucleotides in one line;
       display the initial sequence;
       display the initial sequence in the opposite (3' --> 5') direction;
       display complementary sequence in 5' --> 3' direction;
       display complementary sequence in 3' --> 5' direction;.
       display double stranded sequence.

    This program helps to manipulate with nucleic acid sequence (reverse, reverse/complement, double stranded). It is possible to perform several manipulations simultaneously. It is possible to read sequence aloud by another program.

    For translation of nucleic acids it is possible to use "6 Frame Translation" program. Rare codons may be displayed with "Search of rare codons in nucleotide sequence".
