To use this service, you will send Logic Biosciences either 0.1 - 1ug of plasmid DNA or a stab of E.coli carrying your plasmid. Logic Biosciences will perform the rest of the tasks to produce and purify your specified quantity of plasmid DNA with a quality that is appropriate for the downstream applications specified by you. Logic Biosciences also provide a custom total RNA and mRNA preparation service via the same cloud biolab program. To use this service, you will send Logic Biosciences cultured cells or tissues and Logic Biosciences will carry out the rest of the tasks to purify either total RNA or mRNA for you with a quality that is appropriate for the downstream applications specified by you. Custom preparation and purification of other forms of nucleic acid such as genomic DNA and phage DNA are also available upon request."
