| Product Description | Introduction to Frozen Tissue Section Panel Biochain's Frozen Tissue Panel is made from the same high quality tissues used in our frozen tissue slide products. 5-8 different frozen tissues are arrayed on one positively charged glass slide. The frozen tissue panels are one of the best products for rapid detection of gene and protein expression in a wide variety of tissues. (www.biochain.com) Features 1.Dual applications and detection: in situ hybridization or immunohistochemistry 2.Ready-to-use and pre-mounted using high quality tissues 3.Designed to correspond to our western or northern blots 4.Suitable for both radioactive and non-radioactive detection 5.Matched RNA, DNA, cDNA or protein products of each tissue on the panels available for other applications upon request 6.Covers broad range of tissues within each panel 7.Human placenta is included as an inter-panel control in every panel for comparison between different panels among different users Applications 1.Rapid screening of your novel gene or protein expression against an extensive panel of tissues 2.Gene or protein expression pattern analysis 3.Comparison of expression levels of novel genes or proteins Description Frozen Tissue panels are manufactured using high-quality tissues. The tissues are immediately put in liquid nitrogen after being excised, and then identified by a board-licensed pathologist. 5 to 8 different tissues are mounted on a modified glass slide after preparation with proprietary techniques. Each section is approximately 5 µm thick. H.E. staining, immunostaining, and in situ hybridization with proliferating cellular nuclear antigen (PCNA) antibody and P53 gene probe, respectively, ensure the quality of tissue panels. BioChain's frozen tissue panel is an ideal product for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression. Storage Conditions Store tissue panel at room temperature or -70ºC |
