i use glass homogenizer for homogenization of tissues for DNA/RNA extraction. can any body tell me that how to wash this used homogenizer for other sample because with water or DEPC water the tissues are hardly washed out.

I use RNAseZAP with a little round brush, followed by extensive rinsing with water

i did not have RNaseZAP at this moment. what u think if i wash with any detergent with distilled water with bursh and then clean it with DEPC treated water
