dsRNA in tomato - (Jul/21/2005 )

Hi, i am trying to detect dsRNA in samples of tomato leave and roots . I need to extract it first and i need a protocol for that. I know that there is on protocol that start with the supernatant obtained after add LiCl and centrifuge for the total RNA extraction protocol. But i could not find it at the web . I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.
