Dictionary of molecular biology Reagents - (Jul/21/2005 )

Hi there everyone,

I m currently doing a work experience at St Georges university of London on HIV.
I am learning a few lab techniques and am quite interested in knowing the 'how does it work and why' of all reagents that we use (ranging from PBS to MTT,SSC,...) could anyone tell me if they know a good site with descriptions of reagents???
