Is Pet22b from Novagen low copy? - (Nov/19/2008 )
Does anyone know if pet22b is a high copy or low copy vector? I have a construct in this vector. 2ml Miniprep of this plasmid only give me a concentration of 30ng/ul, which is 10 times lower than usual.

Because it has the pBR322 ori, it's a low-copy number plasmid.
