analyis of microRNA array data - (Sep/03/2008 )
Any one could please direct me to a post on this forum or share there expertise to analyze microRNA array data, we have used Exiqon plateform and has acquired flourescence intensities on Genepix scanner; Exiquon and mouse spke ins used as controls, it has only single channel (cy3) data.
Thanks in advance.

I have analyzed the data using Gene spring which is quite user friendly.

Hi,
...do you have anyone in your group who is familar with R (aka r-project, a statistics program)?
In R you can import the package SAM (significant analysis of microarray data), which you can download from bioconductor.
Both r-project and SAM can be freely downloaded, SAM also supports a howto. Have a look.
