Serial dilutions - (Jul/27/2008 )

Hi,

I have used serially diluted test samples in my direct ELISA.

After calculating the results and correcting for dilution I would expect the results to be the same for each sample at different dilutions, but the results are quite variable.

The values fall within the range of my standard curve.

Any help?

What are u diluting"? if ur protein in not completely soluble or if the concentration is to low, dilution mistake will be happen.
