Hi everybody, Does everyone know how to pull out one stranded DNA binded with histon and conserve another one? Another stranded DNA should still be binded with histon. Thanks a lot!

can you clarify ? do you want to pull a ssDNA out of its dsDNA in a DNA-histone complex ? or ?
