If the cell density gets to high and the cells start to get sick, do they change color when you have spun them down? Thanks for all the help.

Also does anyone know what happens if say you put a cell that has already been induced by IPTG into fresh media without IPTG? Will it replicate cells that have not been induced to express the protein? Also is there a sort of temperature shock when you grow an overnight culture at 37C and dump it into media that is at room temp. Is that bad for the cell? Thanks again.
